Mitzi Walker and Lee Jackson at prom in 1973. Mitzi designed her ensemble inspired by the style of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. It was made by Ms. Evelyn Manning. Mitzi donated the rainbow platform shoes, worn in this photo, to the Texas Fashion Collection in 2012.
